focus stacking

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Focus_stacking
this is information for macro lovers, the results are increadible, you can get DOF increased dramatically. Just hold camera still, manual focus and move it back and forse, changing focus. It looks unbieliavable. It looks that the technick can be used for some different things also.

Thanks Andrey

Woww this looks great, will try experimenting with it, when I take macros they don't have enough DOF, maybe this will help me, the spider changes completely after this :)

Great - Check this out as well

Listen all, this link is posted in the Web Links in the Gallery. http://www.cambridgeincolour.com/tutorials.htm. I strongly suggest everyone look at this and bookmark it. This is the most comprehensive site I have found on the Internet. If you want to see something very interesting, play with the DOF Calculator. You will be surprised, especially if you are shooting with focal lengths more than 200 mm.
