POTW

Hi everyone just a quick note I reckon Larry should be allowed to be in the running for photo of the week as he has spent a lot of his time and effort to keep this site up and running.Let alone the time helping everyone as much as he can.Just my thinking only

Thanks Mate

This is not really a big deal, but I organized this to be based on member votes, and no partisan bull crap. If I were allowed to be eligible, for sure I would not win anymore than the others. Sometimes when one has a really good photo, and I have had a few lately,I find it important that if the members voted this higher, than others, they should know this. In order to improve you have to set the bar high. For example, if I know you are King of the Hill, I want to try and be better than you. And if you do not know what the score was for my photo, and you or anyone else won POTW, this just not make sense to me. This should be a friendly competition with the objective being to better ones self. Thanks for your understanding! I want someone to know that if the members voted my photo best, then thy should try to go after me, and be better. Can you imagine what this would do towards the improvement of all!

Thanks Rhody.

I can tell you and everyone that I went back and checked the last four POTW scores, and I would have only one once. The scoring has been increibly close. As I told you, this week your photo of the bridge was in 2nd place by 1/10 point. If anyone would like, I could post the names of the 2nd & 3rd place votes. Not the photos, but could post the links to them.

What say everybody?
