Member Karlee

Karlee is not going to join the site. She is experiencing problems using her Mac setup. I have yet to find a solution for this, and, we have lost five other members because of similar problems. It is "funky" because we have members that are using Mac and have no problems. I can honestly tell you that I have spent more than 50 hours trying to find a solution. I installed a Mac in my office, and it works flawlessly. I had our hosting company test using several different Mac boxes and configurations.

This is quite sad, because I have seen some of Karlee's work and she is quite good.

There may be something else going on

You say you lost 5 other menbers with the same problem.The biggest question you have to ask when did this happen around the same time if so.Did they have updates done,are emails with pictures sent ok,Are they with the same service provider same region?Did they download something from the same source.I know this may sound stupid if anyone of them is close to a computer shop where they brought it from take the box there set it up there with another same model if possible and try to send from there.The tech should be able to work the problem out from there I know its time comsuming but it should work.By the sounds of it something was downloaded and upset the configurations or a quick check is reset the computer history before the problems occured and see what happens.Clutching at straws I know if it was me the box would at the comp.shop by now and let them go through it.Hope it works

One of the members that quit took her box to the shop where she bought it, and whil she was ther they tested and it worked. They also tried several other machines and they worked, She went back home and it kept working intermittently. Kept going back and forth to shop, same problem, then she gave up. Another member's husband is a Mac software engineer and he says he did extended testing on hos end and determined it was a problem with our code, which is BS. Anyway, I tried it myself with a Mac I had, and it worked perfectly.
