I do know is it a right plase for a discussion - I have a lot of questions about what the quality of equipment to buy. I never know the answer - because the question suppose to be what kind of equipment I need for this particular job (scenary, macros, studio portraits etc.) You can see my picture zlata, the singer, done by a camcorder. I did several portraits by my cellphone (not because I did not have my Canon, but it was not a right equipment for it. I see quite significant rise of quality of the pictures on this side, but a lot of pictures done, sorta, in randome - like seing a nice scenary and doing a picture of it. What I want to emphasise - that when we do the picture, we have to know what will be the print, it take only 1 second to ask yourself what you want to see on the paper, and after this you begin photografic dance - one step left, too back and one right. At the same time you think what to use for this. And it not necessary the expensive things. I did several pictures by my friend's sony 828 - fantastick, My friend making pictures by panasonic with 16:9 sensore, 28mm laika lense, pocket camera - I can not duplicate it by my 5D.
I have now no idea why I am wrighting this note, but let it be
happy quanzaa. | | | [1] | | | December 24th, 2007 10:02 AM | | ssomajik

I agree with every thing you've said jpeg, and Andrey. I especially agree with the "artist" statement. I'm slowly working my way up to better equipment, but no matter how good the upgrade is the "artist's" eye that makes the first move. | | | [1] | | Login Now to post a reply (You will be brought back here to post your reply) |
