I did a simple addition to my trashcan cahon point-and-shoot camera that permits to use filters and tele-wide angle lenses. I took a PVC tube from a plumming department of office depo, cut it on the level of erected (i love english) lense and glue a ring that supports filters on top of it, I used PVC glue ftom the same store - if holds it in a dead grip. I attached 2 rubber bunds on another side (drilled the holl and glued the rubber in it using the same glue) - one is horisontal and one vertical - and as a result I have an excellent extention for any threaded equipment that I want, I told it to several members here and they like it, may be it could be helpfull, it does not need any equipment - you can use a saw in the store to cut it, it does not need to bu too centered or precise, and very convenient. |

I bought an attachment for my Sony 7.2 MP which will permit attaching filters or a telephoto or Wide Angle lens made by them. It works, but there are drawbacks. I always carry this in my Fanny Pack when I am out shooting and keep in car when I am not. If I am rigged up with long lens, and I see a nice simple shot, rather than change lenses I use the 7.2. Have had some favorable resuls. |

As I told before - laziness is a thing that moves things in the world, if not laziness - you will still carried all your belonings on you back, if lazy shumerian did not invent the wheel. But not a lot of cameras have an attachment - i submitted the picture of the atachment (sorry for a quality - please ask if not understood. |
