Microsoft announced they would be releasing their new Vista software in September, 2006. Because they had some technical problems, this release was pushed out until December, 2006. Last week, we encountered a technical problem beyond our control. We did not make excuses, because it is our problem, and we told you what we would do to try and fix it, and when we would try to do it.
We have always told you the truth, offred to push out the start date of your quarterly agreement, and will do that. Your energy, and your interest is overwhelming and very welcomed. Every time we respond, to one of your excellent suggestions, we take time away from fixing the problems we have to fix to make everything work 100 %.
You will notice that Jacob has not responded in the last couple of days to your requests, because if he did, he could not work on the technical problems that I can't do, and he must! Your suggestions will not go unnoticed or forgotten. Please work with us to let us MAKE THIS HAPPEN! We are almost there. Larry |
